Step 1

Toss butter in a small pot.

Step 2

Add diced onions and salt .Sauté


Step 3

Wash the rice and add it in.

Step 4

Add the bouillon cube and make sure it’s completely crumbled .

Step 5

Add in water

Step 6

Add the diced jalapeño. Squeeze the limes and add the juice to the pot .


Step 7

Allow the rice to simmer and cover the pot with the lid. Cook for 20 mins. Enjoy !
