Instructions

Step 1
1. Season shrimp to taste with salt, white pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Set aside
Step 2
2. To melted butter, add garlic, shallots, lemon juice, white wine and parsley and mix well.
Step 3
3. Add shrimp to a cast iron shrimp pan or cast iron skillet. Pour butter mixture on top and place on the grill.
Step 4
4. Cook for about 10mins or until the shrimp turns pink.
Step 5
5. Serve with grilled sourdough bread.
