Instructions
Step 1
Mix the prawns with all ingredients for the marinade. Set aside for 15-20 minutes while making the sauce.
Step 2
For the sauce, heat the oil and butter in a pan over medium heat, then add all ingredients for the sauce. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant, then set aside.
Step 3
Grill the prawns for 1 minute on both sides, then serve with the spicy garlic sauce.
