Step 1
Rub fish with olive oil
Step 2
In flat bowl. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, pepper, and OB seasoning together.
Step 3
Dip fish into seasoning mix.
Step 4
Heat olive oil in pan. Set fish in pan and fry both sides until cooked.
