With an egg you can make yourself a healthy and delicious breakfast which will satisfy you for several hours. Goat cheese is amazing in combination with spinach.

Take as much as you need, but keep it reasonable!
Instructions
Step 1

Slice the mushrooms and cut the parsley


Step 2

Bake the sliced mushrooms in the olive oil and add in the spinach after 3 or so minutes



Step 3

After the spinach has shrunk, add the egg and parsley and bake until ready for your taste



Step 4

Crumble the cheese on top and let it melt

Step 5

Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy your breakfast. (Maybe add a couple of slices of tomato on the side)
