Instructions

Step 1
Beat 4 eggs with 3 tbsp milk then add salt black pepper chopped parsley and garlic powder and mix together . Spray a baking tray then pour the mixture on top and sprinkle over 70 grams grated cheddar

Step 2
Thinly slice a zucchini using a mandolin is best as it’s super thin. Layer the zucchini in layers on top of the egg mixture brush with a little oil then add salt and pepper and bake at 180 c for 15 minutes

Step 3
Once baked let cool 5 minutes then flip over onto baking paper and spread cream cheese all over the base . Now layer smoked salmon then roll it tightly now wrap with paper and leave to firm up in the fridge . Serve and enjoy
