For brownie (tray: 20x28cm) :

200gdark chocolate
1 tspvanilla essence
1 tspbaking powder

For the cream cheese:

Step 1
In a bowl we melt the butter with the dark chocolate.

Step 2
In another bowl we add the eggs and the sugar and mix for 2 minutes and after that we add the melted mix of butter and chocolate.

Step 3
Add the vanilla essence to the bowl and mix in the flour and baking powder slowly.

Add 2/3 of the mix into the tray. (use baking sheet)

Mix these ingredients in another bowl:

lemon zest1

Step 6
Put the cream cheese mix in the tray neatly and add the raspberries on top.

Add the rest of brownie mix on top and mix slowely in the tray using a spoon. You should have light white and brown strips in the mixture.
Step 8
Put the tray in heated oven (180 celsius degrees for 50 minutes)

Insert a toothpick to check if the brownies are done . (insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean it means its done)
