Step 1
1. Place ice in blender and fill with water until the ice is covered. Blend until ice is fine. (About 30 seconds) Strain so there is only ice left. Dump ice back in blender and add milk, a splash of vanilla syrup, shot of espresso, caramel syrup, and ice cream. Blend until ice cream is totally mixed in. If needed you can add more caramel sauce to taste. Top with whipped cream!
