Instructions
Step 1
Melt cacao butter in a glass bowl over boiling water.
Step 2
Stir in all other ingredients and remove from heat.
Step 3
Pour chocolate into molds or a flat tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Place in freezer.
Step 5
It takes 10-20 minutes to set. Either pop the molds out or break the brick of chocolate into pieces.
Step 6
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
