Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Butter 9” springform pan. Make crust: in food processor blend Oreos, butter (melted), and pinch of salt. Pat into pan and set aside.
Make cheesecake: In a large bowl using hand mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until completely smooth and fluffy. Add cornstarch, and eggs. Add Bailey’s and vanilla.
Pour batter into crust and place on a large baking sheet.
Bake until center slightly jiggles, 1h 20m to 1h 30m. Let cheesecake cool in oven 1 hour then refrig. At least 4 hours or best over night.
