Ingredients

Bacon Vinagrette
4 stripsbacon
thick cut
2cloves garlic
minced
3 Tbsphoney
3 Tbspwhole grain mustard
¼ cupapple cider vinegar
salt
to taste
Cayenne Candied Pecans
Alabama White Sauce
2 cmayonnaise
½ capple cider vinegar
2 Tbsplemon juice
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
2 tspblack pepper
1 tspsalt
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 tsphorseradish

Instructions
Vinaigrette
Step 1
Cook bacon in a large sauté pan over low heat. You want as much grease to come out as possible so low and slow!
Step 2
Once bacon is fully cooked, remove the strips from the pan and place on a cutting board. Cut into small pieces and add back into the pan.
Step 3
Add remaining vinaigrette ingredients and bring to a simmer. Let simmer for 1 minute. Let cool.
Pecans
Step 4
In a large sauté pan, add brown sugar and water. Sprinkle over cayenne pepper and mix well.
Step 5
Let sugar melt completely and add pecans. While stirring constantly let cook for about 2 minutes or until you can smell the nuts. You’ll know it when you smell it.
Step 6
Pour onto a lined cookie sheet and press down flat. Let cool completely and break apart as needed.
Sauce

Combine all ingredients and chill

Add whole sprouts to a large bowl. Cover with water and microwave for 4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Step 9
Heat your grill to 400 degrees.
Step 10
Cut the Brussel sprouts in half and remove any discolored leaves.
Step 11
Place onto a skewer all facing the same way. You can skip this step if you don’t have skewers.
Step 12
Spray both sides with non stick spray and place onto grill. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Turn and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Step 13
Heat up the Vinaigrette to a simmer.
Step 14
Place the charred sprouts into the pan. Flip and let cook for 1 minute each side.
Step 15
Pour the pan ingredients into a bowl.
Step 16
Top with white sauce, chopped candied pecans, cherries and feta.
