Instructions
Step 1
Cook chicken thighs as desired - I suggest oil and season & roast in oven or grill
Step 2
While cooking chicken, saute up minced garlic cloves and chopped onions in melted butter over medium low - don't burn the butter. Feel free to replace butter with avocado oil.
Step 3
Add in Rosemary until fragrant
Step 4
Add in chopped carrots, kohlrabi, and turnips. Saute until you see some nice browning on a few of the root vegetables.
Step 5
Add in chicken broth
Step 6
Simmer until the root vegetables are tender
Step 7
Taste soup as it cooks - add pepper and salt as needed
