Instructions
Step 1
Preheat 400 degrees (for oven, place aluminum foil over baking sheet and insert wire rack inside).
Step 2
Mix salt, garlic powder and pepper in a small bowl.
Step 3
Prepare wings (remove wing tip at joint) and separate the wing into the forearm and upper arm.
Step 4
Pat wings dry with paper towel. Place in single layer on rack and sprinkle with the salt mixture.
Step 5
Roast until the wings are cooked and the skin is crispy, about 45-50 mintues. (in the air fryer, cook for 20 minutes, flip wings, cook for additional 20 mins).
Step 6
Add minced garlic to melted butter, set aside.
Step 7
Baste butter/garlic mixture over wings, then sprinkle with parm, then with parsley.
