Step 1
First combine water, yeast, sugar and salt then stir Let sit for 10 minutes Make a well in flour, add yogurt, oil and yeast mixture Knead the dough until it’s soft and round Let sit in a warm place with damp towel covering so dough can rise

As the dough is rising, add onion and garlic in a hot pan Add spices Add tomatoes, cook until soft Add chickpeas and coconut milk Season with salt and pepper Add parsley and the juice of 1 fresh lime Let simmer on low heat

Step 3
Once dough has risen, cut into 6 equal pieces Roll into a circle Add oil to a hot pan
Add dough, flip, then coat with melted butter with parsley and garlic
