Instructions
Step 1
In a pan , pour oil and heat up and add cloves, green cardamoms & cinnamon stick. Fry until splatter.
Step 2
In a bowl, add lamb chops, yogurt,salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric, green chillies, coriander and mint, & ghee.
Step 3
Mix everything together until meat is fully covered in marination. Leave it to marinate for an hour.
Step 4
Add marinated meat and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes.
Step 5
Pour water , cover and cook until the meat is 80% tender.
Step 6
In a blender, add coconut, almonds, cashews, ginger, garlic and fried onions. Blitz until the fine paste.
Step 7
Add paste and cook until the thick gravy it will take around 10-12 minutes and oil separates.
Step 8
Garnish with chopped coriander and green chillies. Squeezed some fresh lemon juice . Enjoy!
