2 headiceberg lettuce
shredded sli into 2 inch strips nut
1 cupcelery
chopped ced
¼ cupcilantro
1 ¾ cupchow mein noodles
1 ¾ cupvegetable oil
1 ¾ cupsnow peas
cut diagonally into three pieces ced Two medium green onion finally
¼ cupalmonds

10radishes
3 tablespodry white wine
2 tablespoonsunsweetened pineapple juice
2 tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
2 tablespoonslight brown sugar
1 ½ tablespoonscurry powder
1 teaspoononion powder
garlic powder
Instructions
Step 1
Salad-combine lettuce celery and cilantro in glass salad bowl. Spread noodles over. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and stir until lightly browned, about two minutes. Add water chestnuts and snow peas and stir one minute. Remove mixture using slotted spoon arrange over salad. Add 2 cups of dressing and Toss well. Garnish with almonds radishes and green onions and serve.
Step 2
Dressing-Combine all ingredients except mayonnaise in a non-aluminum bowl and stir until brown sugar dissolves. Add mayonnaise and blend until dressing is smooth.
