Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.

Cook pasta in a pot of boiling water as per package instructions, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown the ground beef along with the diced onion, until beef is no longer pink. Drain any fat from pan and discard.
Step 4
Add in the rotel, garlic powder, taco packet, adobo seasoning, chicken stock and heavy cream. Mix until combined and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Gradually add cheese until melted, then add the cooked pasta.
Step 6
Transfer to a baking dish and top with more cheese. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Step 7
Garnish with toppings of your choice: sour cream, taco sauce, cilantro, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, black olives, salsa, shredded lettuce.
