Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 2-quart
Step 2
baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Step 3
2. Brown the meat and onion in a skillet until the meat

is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in salsa, corn, sour
Step 5
cream, chili powder and salt.
Step 6
3. Place half of the meat mixture in the bottom of the

prepared dish. Add 1 cup of crushed chips, then ½

cup of grated cheese. Repeat the layers one more
Step 9
time.
Step 10
4. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes (or until heated

through and cheese is melted). Garnish with

optional toppings.
