Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Mix crust ingredients together and pat into a 9/13 pan. Bake 20 min.
Step 2
Up temp to 350. Mix filling ingredients together and pour over crust. Bake 40.
Step 3
Whip egg white until foamy. Add sugar 1 Tbs at a time. Beat until stiff, high peaks form. Pile on hot filling, make sure to seal meringue to crust on sides.
Step 4
Brown meringue for about 15 minutes
