Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter and add in the egg, honey, vanilla and combine well
Step 2
Add in the flour, sweetener, cornstarch and baking powder and mix to form a dough
Step 3
Chill dough for at-least an hour in the fridge, once chilled roll it out and cut out 7 circles, place cookie cut outs on a baking tray and bake for 8-10mins at 180c
Step 4
Once baked, leave then to cool. In the meantime combine the cream cheese, sweetener and food colouring. Add the icing to cooled cookies and top with sprinkles
