Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in large pot or fryer to 350 degrees
Step 2
Using 2 oz cookie scoop, put risotto balls into the flour, then egg wash and then into the panko
Step 3
Gently place Arancini into oil, and fry for 3 minutes until golden in color
Step 4
Remove from oil and plate! Good with spicy tomato sauce!
