Step 1
In a bowl combine all ingredients except half a cup of cheddar cheese. Place into a cast-iron skillet or a baking dish and spread in to a even layer. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake at 400° 10-15 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
