Drain corn

Smash crackers and add corn, cream corn, milk, eggs, muffin mix, and 3/4 cup cheese into a bowl, mix well.

Spoon into sprayed casserole dish

Step 4

Cut butter into 4 pieces and push into casserole

Step 5

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Step 6

Bake at 350 for 35 mins
