Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Take the puff pastry out of the freezer at least half an hour before, use a rolling pin to flatten it a little, about 6-7 millimeters.

Cut into rectangles of about 5cm, put a little grated cheese, a little tomato sauce, oregano and a 1 piece of sausage, form the roll and ready to bake in the oven.
Step 4
The puff pastry required a lot of heat to become fluffy and rises, egg wash the top and sides of each sausage roll. Make sure to not wash the exposed ends or sausage meat.

Move the rolls to a lined baking tray, seam side down. Make sure the rolls each have enough room to expand.

Bake for 15 minutes until light golden brown (may need slightly longer depending on your oven) keep an eye on it If your oven does not cook evenly, turn the tray midway through cooking.

Turn the heat off and let it rest in the oven for another 5 minutes with the oven off.
Step 8
Remove from the oven, it’s Ready to serve.
