Instructions
Step 1
Soak rice, 2 1/2 cups of water, and 2 sticks of cinnamon for 8 hours (or overnight for better results).
Step 2
Put it in a blender and mix.
Step 3
Take it out and put it in a strainer to get the rice and cinnamon out.
Step 4
Place strawberries, 2 cups of water and vanilla extract in a blender and mix until its a puree.
Step 5
Put it through a strainer to get the seeds out.
Step 6
Grab a jar, pour the rice mixture, condensed milk, and evaporated milk and mix.
Step 7
Add the strawberry puree and ice.
