4 cupsall purpose flour
1 tablespooninstant yeast
1 teaspooncinnamon
1 teaspoonsalt
8 tablespoonsunsalted butter
1 ½ cupsapple cider
2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
1 teaspoonvanilla
For filling
3apples
0.5 stickbutter
½ cupwhite sugar
or brown
1 teaspooncinnamon
1 teaspoonallspice
½ teaspoonsalt
⅕ cupapple cider
½ cuporange juice

Instructions
Step 1
In a kitchen aid with bread hook, place all ingredients for the rolls in the bowl and stir for 10 minutes. Once done, place dough in a glass bowl and cover to rise for one hour. For filling: place all apple filling ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil for 5-10 min. Lower heat and simmer until apples are soft. Set aside. Once dough is done rising roll into a 12” wide rectangle on a floured surface and spread apple filling to every edge. Roll together and use thread to split into 8 equal rolls. Place in a greased cast iron pan. Cover the cast iron pan with a dish cloth and let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. In a kitchen-aid with paddle attachment beat together frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread on rolls immediately after pulling out of the oven.
