This chai latte has to be, hands down, one of my top 3 favorite drink. What originally was a Starbucks recreation to help mitigate my spending on Starbucks drinks, turned into a drink that I actually prefer over the Starbucks version — it is seriously that good! It has so many benefits: It is PCOS friendly, it promotes gut health, and has anti inflammatory and immune boosting properties.

Instructions
Step 1
Add boiling water to a cup with 2 tea bags. Steep tea covered, for 10-15 minutes. (The longer the tea steeps the more optimal the flavor)

Once tea is steeped, add in your raw honey and spices. Froth to combine. *If you do not have a frothier you can simply mix with a spoon*

Step 3
Heat your milk in a sauce pan over medium high heat. While the milk is heating start to froth (or whisk) it until it becomes a foam. Add your frothed milk to your tea mixture, froth (or mix) to combine.

Top with remaining foam and a dash of cinnamon for garnish.
