Moist cake to make when you have some leftover bananas. I incorporated some nougat bits into mine which was a nice addition to the banana flavour.

Preheat oven to 175°C (no fan). Grease a rectangular baking tin with oil/butter.

Mash banans into a paste and mix with oil and eggs in a bowl.

Mix dry ingredients and incorporate into egg mixture.
