Banana Cake

Moist cake to make when you have some leftover bananas.
I incorporated some nougat bits into mine which was a nice addition to the banana flavour.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175°C (no fan). Grease a rectangular baking tin with oil/butter.


Step 2
Mash banans into a paste and mix with oil and eggs in a bowl.



Step 3
Mix dry ingredients and incorporate into egg mixture.

Step 4
Fill dough into baking tin and bake for 30-40 minutes.
