Ingredients

1 ½ cupschicken broth
1 ½ cupsheavy cream
1 tspgarlic dried
minced
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
0.5 lbDry linguine noodles
broken in half
1 cupshredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Add, in this order, broth, heavy cream, garlic, salt, pepper and noodles to the instant pot. DO NOT STIR. Make sure all noodles are covered.
Step 2
Put lid on pot and set to manual pressure on high for 14 minutes.
Step 3
Once time is up, let pressure naturally release for an additional 7 minutes. Then release remaining pressure.
Step 4
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Let noodles sit for 1 additional minute after pressure has been released.
Step 5
Gradually stir in parmesan cheese.
