Step 1
Press SAUTE on the Instant Pot, and when it reads hot, add the olive oil, onions and kielbasa slices
Step 2
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned
Step 3
Hit CANCEl, and add enough chicken broth to deglaze the pot and scrape up any browned bits with a spatula
Step 4
Add the tortellini, tomatoes and cubed cream cheese over the kielbasa, then add the garlic powder and smoked paprika
Step 5
Pour the remaining chicken broth around the sides and over the pasta, then cover with lid, and turn valve to sealing position
Step 6
Hit PRESSURE COOK for 3 minutes, and do a quick release when 3 minutes are up
Step 7
When pin drops, open lid, and gradually stir in spinach.
