Sourdough Starter
Sourdough can be used in so many baked goods. I make crackers, English muffins, cheese sticks, bagels, tortillas, and pretzels from Zelma. (I named my starter in honour of my Grade 7 Family Studies Teacher.) Let me know if you need some starter. I'll be happy to share some of Zelma with you! You can make it yourself but it will take several weeks to get a really active starter going.
