BBQ Chicken Poppers

These were created originally by my step-dad in a taco bowl. I tweaked it to bite size and made it my own. It is so addicting that you can't just eat one. Every time I make them someone tries to hide them. Lol. Quick and easy to make, these poppers are a party hit.

Instructions

Step 1
Mix chicken with BBQ sauce (as much as you desire)
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 3
Line sheet with Tostito scoops (use the best ones)
Step 4
Spoon 1/2 tsp. of beans in bottom of scoops
Step 5
Spoon chicken into the scoops
Step 6
Cover with shredded cheese
Step 7
Add a sliced jalapeno on top (optional)
Step 8
Put under broiler for about 2 mins. (until cheese is melted)
