SMOKY OVEN BAKED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH CHILI YOGHURT SAUCE😮💨

Ingredients:
1kg brussels sprouts, cut in halves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
For the Yoghurt Chili Sauce:
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon hot chili sauce or to taste
3 tablespoons natural yoghurt, I used vegan yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange brussels sprouts on the prepared baking tray, drizzle with oil and season with spices, give a toss. Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes, tossing them half way through. Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients in the jar. Serve roasted brussels sprouts warm with the sauce on the side. Enjoy right away!
