grease a 1 litre microwave safe dish with butter

place the lemon curd in the base

beat together the remaining cake ingredients

spoon the mixture over the curd
Step 5
microwave uncovered for 31/2-4 minutes until risen and cooked through

in a bowl combine the icing ingredients and drizzle over the sponge
