Instructions
Step 1
Crush the onion and ginger.
Step 2
Add the chicken and the juice from the onion and ginger. Squeeze for maximum juice.
Step 3
Add the remaining ingredients (except honey) to the chicken.
Step 4
Mix and let to rest in the fridge for a few hours.
Step 5
Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, turning the chicken halfway. Alternatively, use the oven. Convection oven: 200°C for 25-35 mins.
Fan-assisted oven: 180°C for 25-30 mins.
Step 6
Coat with some honey when cooked and serve immediately.
