Step 1
Crush the onion and ginger.

Add the chicken and the juice from the onion and ginger. Squeeze for maximum juice.

Add the remaining ingredients (except honey) to the chicken.

Mix and let to rest in the fridge for a few hours.

Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, turning the chicken every 10 minutes.

Coat with some honey when cooked and serve immediately.
