Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a pot.

Constantly stir.

Bring to slow and steady boil.

Reduce heat to low until just thickened (about 10 minutes).
Rib prep
Step 5
Ask butcher to remove rib membrane.
Step 6
Generously coat ribs with yellow mustard, evenly distribute with hands. Use a shaker to generously coat with rub, the shaker ensures an even distribution. Do not 'rub' rub, rather press rub.
Step 7
Preheat grill to 175°F creating a how and cold part of grill. Hot part is farthest away from top vent. Fill cast iron skillet with water and place under cold part of grill. Once temp is reached close lower vent and half-close top vent.
