Step 1
(I can't get rid of the unspecified amount of self rising flour but it is there twice- it's 1 1/2 c) .
Whisk dry ingredients together to distribute evenly. Whisk wet ingredients. Then combine only just until all ingredients moistened. Using a 1/3 c disher, fill prepared standard size muffin pans (or use paper baking cups) . Bake on preheated 400° F. oven for 18-20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
