Orange Pineapple Shrimp
Based on a recipe from kikkomanusa.com.
I imagine this can also be cooked in a smaller amount of oil without the cornstarch. I'm sure this dish would also be good using 1" chicken pieces instead of the shrimp.

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Combine shrimp and cornstarch in bowl. Toss to coat.
Step 3
Heat oil in skillet or wok, fry shrimp until golden. Transfer shrimp to paper towel-lined plate. Drain oil from wok.
Step 4
Add garlic to wok and stir in orange sauce and pineapple. Heat sauce to simmer. Add shrimp and stir to coat.
Step 5
Serve shrimp over hot cooked rice.
