Step 1
Combine mayo, mustard, and garlic in small bowl.
Step 2
Combine crushed pecan and Parmesan cheese in small bowl.
Step 3
Cut salmon to desired size. Assemble pieces of salmon on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Step 4
First, spread the mayo mixture on the fish. Then sprinkle the pecan and cheese mixture on top.
Step 5
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, or until tops are lightly toasted.
