Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350° F. While it’s heating, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a reusable cookie mat.
Step 2
In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and peanut butter.
Step 3
Mix in the plant milk and vanilla.
Step 4
To the wet mixture, add the flour, baking soda and salt, combine completely. If the dough is tough, you can use your hands to mix further

Using a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop out about 1 1/2 tbsp of dough, and roll it into a ball. Place each ball onto your baking sheet, spaced with 2 inches in between.
Step 6
Lastly, take a fork and lightly press into the top of each dough ball twice, making a criss cross.
Step 7
Place the tray into the oven and bake for 10 minutes. If you like a crispier cookie, bake for 13 minutes.
Step 8
Let cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool further.
