2 lbBrussels sprouts
trimmed and cleaned, halved
lemon
Small, cut into thin slices
4 clovesgarlic
1 tspDried thyme
½ tspSalt
Ground black pepper, 1/4 tsp
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425.
Toss together Brussels sprouts, lemon, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
Spread in one layer on rimmed baking sheet. Roast in oven for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and nuts.
