Instructions
Step 1
Drain the pineapple slices, and reserve the juice

Cut into quarters
Step 3
Prepare the cake batter as directed on the box, but replace the water with the drained pineapple juice, set aside
Step 4
Melt the butter a pour a little into each cupcake pan cup
Step 5
Spoon in brown sugar and stir
Step 6
Add cut pineapple and cherry
Step 7
Scoop in 1/4 cup batter into each cup
Step 8
Bake for 20 minutes on 180C
Step 9
Cool and then flip over
