P.S.
๐Use foil to cover the bread after 40 mins, in case it has firm golden crisp, but still raw inside.

๐ After the bread is completely cooled, wrap with the plastic film and store in the freezer with 1 month

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ยฐC (gas mark 4/356ยฐF)

Step 2
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs (room temperature), 1 cup sugar, 1/2 vegetable oil and 1 1/2 pumpkin puree until homogeneous.







Step 3
Mix together 2 tsp baking powder, 1 3/4 cup sifted flour with 1 tsp pumpkin spice mix (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves), 1/2 tsp salt.






Step 4
Gently combine wet batter with dry ingredients.

Step 5
Grease the baking dish and pour in the batter.


Step 6
Bake the bread until it is done about 45-60 mins. After 40 mins check the readiness with a scewer and cover with foil, in case it's still raw inside but it has golden firm cover, to bake the rest of the time.

Step 7
After 15-20 mins of cooling, remove from the baking dish and let it cool on the baking racks. Slice the bread! Enjoy!
