Sweet Chili Mustard
Instructions
Step 1
Prep the chicken nuggets, scallion, salted duck egg, chili flakes and melted butter. Put all of it into a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
For the sauce combine the mustard, vinegar, mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce until it is well combined.
Step 3
To plate the dish, heat the sizzle plate til it is smoking. Add the chicken nugget sisig and top off with the sweet chili mustard. Let it sit for 1 minute before mixing everything. This step helps form a crispy crust on the bottom to create more texture. Serve sizzling and enjoy.
Step 4
You can skip the sizzle plate if you don’t have one, and just warm it up in a pan using the same steps.
