Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, whip cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, and stevia until well combined

Add eggs and combine gently, don't incorporate air
Step 3
Our batter in paper cupcake liners and tap to settle
Step 4
Bake at 300°F or 150°C for 15-18 minutes, they should be jiggly and slightly undercooked
Step 5
Turn off oven and open door slightly, and allow cheesecakes to rest for 3 minutes
Step 6
Take cheesecakes out of oven and cool at room temp, put in fridge overnight
