Step 1
preheat oven to 400F

Spray a sheet pan with non stick spray

season salmon with salt and pepper then place salmon in prepared baking dish

in a small bowl, whisk dijon, honey, vinegar, dry mustard, and garlic powder
Step 5
Use 2 tbsp of mustard sauce to brush over salmon fillets
Step 6
Stir dill into remaining sauce.
Step 7
Roast salmon about 15 minutes or until an internal temp of 145 is reached.
Step 8
Serve salmon with roasted gold potatoes and a green veggie. Spoon remaining mustard sauce over salmon.
