Instructions

Step 1
Toss chicken wings with flour, baking powder and salt. Arrange on a foil lined tray, using a baking rack if you have it. Let sit for at least 20 minutes, or up to an hour in the fridge. Move topmost rack to center of oven. Get oven pre-heated to 400F.
Step 2
Brush wings with canola or vegetable oil. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip your wings and bake for another 20 minutes. Then, turn your broiler on high and broil for about 5 minutes or until your wings are nice and brown and crispy. Flip and repeat on the other side.
Step 3
To make your sauce, add your hot sauce, honey, olive oil and ketchup to a pan. Mix well and bring to a boil. Let it bubble gently for 8-10 minutes. Just until slightly thickened and a bit syrupy.
Step 4
When your wings are done, add them to a large bowl, drizzle with sauce and toss to coat. Then eat up!
