Instructions
Step 1
In a pot dissolve sugar, corn syrup and water And bring to a boil. Using a candy thermometer cook this till 238°. Once the mixture begins to boil, begin to beat the egg whites in a separate bowl. Whip to slightly stiff peaks. Once the Syrup mixture reaches 238°, pull it off the fire and drizzle it slowly over the egg whites while mixing them at moderate speed. Once the egg whites and the syrup mixture Are Incorporated., mix to very stiff peaks. Then add vanilla and mix for another couple of minutes. At this point icing is ready to use.
