Instructions
Step 1
In your The Rock One Pot 5 Qt Dutch Oven, at a medium heat setting, brown the bacon for 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add bell pepper and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add chicken broth, milk, cream, onion flakes, garlic salt, pepper and pasta; stir well.
Step 4
Cover and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Adjust heat to medium, stir and simmer, uncovered, for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly until pasta is al dente.
Step 6
Turn off heat.
Step 7
Immediately add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the preparation has thickened.
Step 8
Add cheese and let it melt completely.
Step 9
Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 10
Adjust seasoning.
