Instructions

Step 1
Bring a medium/large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
Wash your potatoes and cut the ends off. Cut the potatoes into 1” to 1.5” slices.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes or until they’re soft but not mushy.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet or spray with cooking oil and arrange the potatoes on the tray.
Step 5
Lightly press down on the potatoes with a fork but don’t completely mash them up.
Step 6
Mix together the remaining ingredients except for Parmesan and pour over the potatoes.
Step 7
Broil for about 10-15 minutes until the potatoes start to get brown or slightly crispy. Do not burn them!
Step 8
Add the Parmesan to the top of the potatoes and put them back in the oven until the cheese is melted.
Step 9
Enjoy!
